REGISTER TO VOTE BY MAIL
You may print an application to vote by mail, which you complete and mail to your parish registrar of voters. Please note that the list of offices for registrars of voters is also included on the form.
ABSENTEE VOTE BY MAIL
You may print an Absentee Ballot to vote by mail, which you complete and mail to your parish registrar of voters.

MILITARY & OVERSEAS VOTING
You can print an application for absentee ballot for military and overseas citizens, complete it and mail or fax it to your parish registrar of voters.

DISABLED ABSENTEE VOTING
You can print an application for diabled absentee voting, complete it and mail or fax it to your parish registrar of voters.
Please note: If you registered by mail, the first time you vote must be in-person. You can either vote during absentee voting in-person, or at the polls on election day. All forms may be mailed, faxed, or hand delivered. Original signature is required. If you request a mail in ballot, in order for the request to be approved, you must check one of the reasons on the form.
